The apartment itself was spacious and well-maintained, offering a lovely side view of the lake from the balcony. The double sinks in the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen were convenient touches. The pool and garden were standout features, perfect for relaxing on sunny days.However, the deserted and dated reception area and the need for some modernization were noticeable downsides. The location, while peaceful and close to some quaint restaurants, is a bit removed from Lugano's main attractions.On the value front, the free parking and bus tickets were advantageous, and the laundry facilities were a practical addition. The attentive owner, Andra, added a personal touch to our stay.In conclusion, Residenza Lago di Lugano is a decent choice for those seeking a mix of comfort and affordability, with some minor areas that could benefit from improvement.
